My Aunt Kitty hosted the first baby shower with all our family and friends up North. We are thankful for all the wonderful gifts and handmade onesies for our baby. Here are a few highlights from the morning...
Two of my closest friends with our moms. Yes...Jaclyn and I were born within 2 days of each other and our due within a month of each other. Raeann is already ahead of us with 2 children of her own.
My mom and I with the beautiful baby blanket she sewed for her grandson.
My great Aunt Gloria. My own grandma passed away before we thought about becoming pregnant. My mom found this afghan started upstairs, by my grandma, at my grandparent's house and enlisted my Aunt Gloria to finished it for the baby. What an amazing gift!

Oh man, what a sweet story about Great-Grandma and the blanket! And I LOVE the onesie idea...heard about it, but never seen it done! SO cute!!
